The technology strategy will be focused on enhancing the Platform across these streams:

  • Banking account integration
  • Due diligence / Onboarding digitisation (trusted data environment, online simulators, external rating integration, …)
  • ERP fully integration (SAP, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft)
  • RFID & various smart sensors integration for Inventory monitoring (Internet of Things)
  • Remarketing digital workplace (e-marketplace where Remarketer can monitor & place «Inventory purchase offers»)

Focus on the partnership with SIA using the “SIAchain” infrastructure

Creating a highly scalable global business

The Operations strategy will be focused on building a Pana-european hub of Stock Companies pursuant to this organization model:

  • Internal Controls lines of defence centralized in UK (including ICT Compliance and Chief Technology Officer)
  • Chief Financial Officer & Communications (i.e. investor relations) centralized in UK
  • First line of defence, «Vertical operations» and Sales function will be appointed for each country (where Stock Companies will be incorporated)

Until 2020, the Platform technology developing program will be outsourced to the AvantGarde Group SpA (current ICT Factory)
